  1. 1st placement package - Moving forward, every time we have a client recruiter/consultant/manager make their first placement with us, Joanna is going to send a personal note on Agile stationary via you with an Agile branded Yeti Mug to the consultant.  If you want to propose something to go with the mug, let me know.  $100 budget on these all in.  @Joanna Walton every time you can say something like "on behalf of agile team, congratulations on your first placement with X worker name".  @Jordan Moore - I already have ten+ mugs with Agile Partnering logo at my house.  May I ship these back to you so you can keep at your warehouse available for these gifts?  Same as above-we email you the note with recipient contact info, you make it all happen.
