Cobanero chilis are a rare Mayan variety grown in the mountains surrounding Coban, Guatemala. They offer a similar heat profile as cayenne. These Cobanero chilies are steeped in our award winning Solar Grown Honey™ over a period of weeks to achieve the perfect balance of sweet and spicy! This hot honey is a great addition to any cheese or charcuterie board and the 5.5oz jars spice up any specialty display or artisan gift basket.
